Sieurac studied at the Academy of Toulouse, before becoming a pupil with Augustin in Paris. For the time between 1810 and 1827 his contributions to the exhibitions of the Paris Salon is backed up. He worked as miniaturist and lithographer and among his exclusive clients were Mme Letitia Roman, Napoleon' s mother, Lord Byron and Walter Scott.
